Attorneys

Gabriel (“Gabi”) Muglach is an Associate Attorney at A. Brian Phillips, P.A., where she focuses her practice on both federal and state criminal defense, emphasizing white collar matters, including federal tax matters, complex civil litigation, and licensure defense.

 

Mrs. Muglach earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, she served as a Research Assistant, Dean’s Study Fellow in both Property Law and Constitutional Law, and most notably on the editorial board of the Barry Law Review as the Research and Technical Editor where she had her scholarly work published as a student in 2024.  During law school she clerked for Mr. Phillips, beginning in 2023, gaining valuable hands-on experience that led to her promotion to Associate Attorney upon passing the Florida Bar in 2025.

 

Before law school, Mrs. Muglach received her Bachelor of Arts in Law, Justice, and Society with an emphasis in Conflict Management, and a minor in Psychology from Lipscomb University in Nashville. Where she graduated summa cum laude while competing as a Division I student-athlete on Lipscomb’s Women’s Basketball team.

 

Mrs. Muglach is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court.
